Snowboarding Manager required...

It has all got to much! Steve and Jamie have too much to do, so they are looking for the"ultimate snowboard manager”, As Snowboard Manager of Australias largest snowboard Retailer you will really  get to live the dream!  Ballistyx is snowboards 24/7,  12 months a year and we have the opening of our new superstore in a couple of months. Ballistyx snowboarding is looking for an experienced Retail Manager who knows snow. In fact snow will be your life, you have to love it…. Lots….

Ballistyx has many exciting things happening in snowboarding in 2009/10 but it all starts in store with the best service and biggest range in Australia, it’s a big role to take on but for those with what it takes the rewards will be well worth it.

You will be in charge of one of the best  crew in the business, you will be responsible for everything to do with snow, organsing rosters, stock, promotions, training staff, customer service, sales and the list goes on. Having one of the best crew at your disposal means you will need great delegation and organizational skills to make this job easy.

We expect the successful applicant to immerse themselves in this role which will include helping  out organising events such as our Ballistyx ride days, helping out with The Ballistyx Snowboard Team and our Television Show.

Also bringing new ideas, expanded ideas to the table, we want a person who can think outside the square and understands “where there is a will there is a way”

You must have great communication/peoples skills and be an organizer of a high level.

You will answer directly to the Managing Director and will have to be willing to travel interstate to trade shows, events and possible overseas travel may be mandatory.

Rewards are great, pay is much higher than the industry standard and again you must be a snowboarder. We don’t care if you are a good snowboarder or not, you must just love it .
