"This was only my second day in the back country. Mads Jonsson and myself were heading to a zone called Seagrams when we came along this gem in the forbidden cat skiing zone. We had about 20 mins to hit it and get out of there before the cat boarders got there, as they aren't very nice to people who poach their terrain! It was worth the risk though, stoked!"

"This cliff was poached on a glorious morning in the Whistler Backcountry, on the way to the famous Brandywine zone.  You have to pass through a cat skiing zone to get there from the access we picked. On the way up I can't remember who stopped to look at the cliff, but the snow was so good that morning...  We just couldn't resist.  It was Tiene, Mads, Travis Robb of Standard Films and myself, first in the mountains. We sneaked a few and this image of Ryan styling this method was created. Sorry for the tracks!"
